Tour Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Pick-up from your Arusha hotel or Kilimanjaro Airport in the morning. Begin your safari with a drive to Tarangire National Park, located just two hours from Arusha. This beautiful park is known for its huge elephant populations, scenic savannahs, and dramatic baobab trees.
Enjoy a game drive through the park, stopping for a picnic lunch in a shaded area. Expect to see giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, impalas, lions, and more.
After your game drive, head to your lodge in Karatu or Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, begin your journey to Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive is long but scenic, and you’ll enjoy an en-route game drive as you enter the Serengeti.
Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive, where you’ll explore the vast savannahs of this world-famous park. Serengeti is home to all members of the Big Five and a dense concentration of predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas.
Dinner and overnight in a tented camp or lodge inside or just outside the park.

Day 3: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After an early morning game drive (best time for spotting predators on the move), enjoy breakfast at your camp and begin the drive back toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
En route, stop for game viewing and photography. You’ll arrive at your lodge on the crater rim or nearby in Karatu in the late afternoon.
Optional: Visit a Maasai village along the way for a cultural experience (additional cost)

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha
After breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full morning of game viewing. This volcanic caldera offers one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, including the Big Five and rare black rhinos.
Enjoy a packed picnic lunch inside the crater beside a hippo pool before beginning the return journey to Arusha. Arrival in the late afternoon or early evening.
